Malakut Insurance Brokers CJSC placed the new terrorism risks reinsurance program (Bulking Slip Facility) in the international market

Moscow, July 1^st, 2009 — Malakut Insurance Brokers CJSC placed the new terrorism risks reinsurance program (Bulking Slip Facility) in the international market. Program capacity is 100,000,000$ on the base of insured sum or the liability limit.

100% program capacity limit is placed in London Lloyds’ syndicates; the program leader is the Hiscox syndicate.

Program is active from the July 1st, 2009 and recovers risks of any Russian/CIS underwriter with the help of Malakut Insurance Brokers. Reinsurance is provided by the flat rate depending on occupation of assured. According to the terms of the program in each case of the risk the Assignor is provided with the document by the signature of the Leader as a confirmation of reinsurance.
