New shareholder's representatives say the bargain was the next step in process of two companies mutual cooperation. Since 2003 partner companies completed several joint projects on corporate insurance market. More than 50 large companies from Russia and Ukraine became their clients. «Malakut» top management is sure that strategic effect from «Amplua» shares acquisition will enlarge mutual business volume, cross-sales of both companies. The acquisition will also allow to present the new integrated product called «Social benefits optimization» to Russian market.
